The 2026 International Youth Mathematics Olympiad is a comprehensive international mathematics contest for young learners, open to students with a strong interest in mathematical thinking, logical reasoning and problem-solving across the globe. Focused on cultivating mathematical logic, analytical reasoning, flexible application of knowledge and independent problem-solving skills, the olympiad provides participants with diversified mathematical challenges, broadens their academic horizons, and comprehensively strengthens their mathematical proficiency and international competition capabilities.

Participants shall select the competition category on their own.
Award & Criteria

Top Champion：Highest honor, Top 5% of participants in each grade.

Champion：Ranked 6%–10% in each grade.

First Runner-up：Ranked 11%–20% in each grade.

Second Runner-up：Ranked 21%–30% in each grade.

Merit Award: Participants who do not receive the above awards.

Best Education Award: For School/Mentor who recommend 5 or more participants winning the Second Runner-Up or higher honors.
