The 2026 International Youth Mathematics Innovation Championship is an international mathematics competition for young learners. It focuses on mathematical knowledge, logical reasoning, and innovative problem-solving, covering numerical operations, algebra, geometry, patterns, probability, statistics, and real-world mathematical applications. The competition emphasizes conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and flexible problem-solving, encouraging participants to explore different approaches, identify mathematical relationships, and apply mathematical concepts to solve challenging problems.

2026國際青少年數學創新思維大賽是一項面向青少年的國際數學競賽，以數學知識、邏輯推理及創新解題能力為核心，涵蓋數字運算、代數、幾何、規律、概率、統計及生活中的數學應用等內容。賽事注重概念理解、分析思維與靈活解題能力，鼓勵參賽者探索不同解題方法、發現數學關係，並運用數學概念解決各類問題。

Schedule

  • Deadline:  December 10th，2026

  • Results:  October 11th, 2026

  • Registration Fee:  Free

  • Format: Online Competition, 45 mins limit MC questions

  • Languages: English, Chinese

  • Participation Method: Submit registration form and log in exam link to finish the examination

  • Results: Results will be publicly announced on website and email notifications.

Grades

  • Kindergarten: 6 years old below

  • Junior Primary: Primary Grades 1-3

  • Senior Primary: Primary Grades 4-6

  • Junior Secondary: Secondary Grades 7-9

  • Senior Secondary: Secondary Grades 10-12

  • Open Group: Aged 18 or above

Participants shall select the competition category on their own.​

Award & Criteria

  • Top Champion：Highest Honor, Top 5% of participants in each grade.

  • Champion：Ranked 6%–10% in each grade.

  • First Runner-up：Ranked 11%–20% in each grade.

  • Second Runner-up：Ranked 21%–30% in each grade.

  • Merit Award: Participants who do not receive the above awards.

  • Best Education Award: For School/Mentor who recommend 5 or more participants winning the Second Runner-Up or higher honors.

Customization Fees

  • HKD 200: Digital Certificate

  • HKD 340: Physical Certificate

  • HKD 360: Physical Certificate + Medal

  • HKD 380: Physical Certificate + Trophy + Medal

 

The above fees include a one shipping fee for deliveries to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia. For others regions not listed in above areas, relevant shipping fees shall be borne separately by the recipient.

比賽組別

頂尖榜首：最高榮譽，組別排名前 5%

冠軍：組別排名 6%-10%

亞軍：組別排名 11%-20%

季軍：組別排名 21%-30%

新銳潛力獎：未獲得上述獎項的參賽者
卓越導師獎：學校/導師推薦5名以上參賽者獲得季軍或以上榮譽。
