Policy
Digital Certificate will be sent to the registered email within 1 month after customization deadline;
Physical Awards will be shipped within 2 months after customization deadline.
Delivery Schedule

Awards fee includes a one-time delivery fee for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia, the above regions do not need to pay additional fees;
For deliveries outside the above regions, relevant shipping fees shall be paid separately by the recipient.

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided, unsuccessful contact attempts, failure to sign for or refusal to receive the package in a timely manner, resulting in the package being returned due to failed delivery, the organizer shall not be held responsible.
All additional re-shipping costs incurred shall be borne by recipient. Please ensure that the recipient's phone remains accessible and that notifications from logistics company are answered promptly.

All award products will be strictly produced according to the order form provided. If there are additional customization or display requirements, they must be submitted via the official email/WhatsApp to ensure accurate communication. If re-production is required due to incorrect information, additional fees will apply.
Once the award has been signed for or collected, no replacements will be issued in case of damage or loss. The products are personalized custom items, and refund requests will not be accepted after the order is placed.

電子證書在賽事定制截止日期後約 1 個月發送至參賽者登記郵箱；
實體獎項在賽事定制截止日期後 2 個月內寄出。
發放安排
1
定制費用已包含香港、澳門、臺灣、中國內地、新加坡及馬來西亞地區之一次性配送運費，上述地區用戶無需額外支付；若需多次派送，所產生的額外費用由用戶自行承擔；
非上述地區的配送，相關運費需由收件人另行支付。
運費說明

若因收件人提供之資訊錯誤、聯繫失敗、未及時簽收或拒絕收件，導致包裹無法配送及被退回，主辦方概不承擔責任。
產生之所有額外費用（如重新配送費）由收件人自行負擔。請務必保持收件人電話暢通，並即時接聽物流公司之通知。
責任聲明

所有獎品將嚴格依照訂單表格所提供之資訊進行製作。如有額外的客製化或展示要求，須透過官方電子郵件或WhatsApp提交，以確保溝通準確無誤。若因資訊錯誤導致需重新製作，將另行收取費用。
獎品一經簽收或領取後，若發生損壞或遺失，恕不補發。本產品為個人化訂製物品，訂單成立後，恕不接受退款申請。
